Certain types of cables, depending on their cross-section, are classified as sensitive waste with a specific FAJ code, which makes their acceptance subject to prior authorization. This means that all demolition contractors, electrical installation companies, and any business entity or private individual who is not a licensed metal trader, must submit a notification to the metal trade authority competent for the location of the demolition or the origin of the waste before delivering the material.
The simplest way to submit this notification is by filling out the NAV Form F04, which automatically directs the request to the appropriate authority. This form can be submitted either in paper format or electronically. While electronic submission is supported by the ÁNYK (General Form Filling Program), its use is not mandatory. The form can also be submitted through the Company Gateway (Cégkapu) .
This process ensures that waste delivery complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If you have any questions, our team is happy to assist you!
IMPORTANT!If you cannot determine the exact weight of the waste, always estimate a significantly higher amount on the form than what you intend to deliver. We cannot accept any quantity that exceeds the amount declared.
Our colleagues are ready to help you fill out the necessary forms or answer any questions related to the cables you intend to deliver.

"In connection with the tender titled 'Equipment Procurement Resulting in Technological Development by ABR Recycling Kft.'"
As part of the Széchenyi Plan Plus program, ABR Recycling Kft.’s equipment procurement is being implemented with a conditionally repayable European Union grant of 36.89 million HUF. This investment will enable the Pest County-based company, specializing in environmentally friendly cable waste recycling, to significantly increase its efficiency, doubling its current capacity.
The Goal of the Development
The goal of ABR Recycling Kft. is to double the efficiency of cable waste recycling and maximize the amount of waste processed through this project. The investment will enable the retention of existing jobs, the creation of new ones, and the fulfillment of the company’s goals to enhance efficiency, as well as environmental and energy efficiency.
Elements of the Project
As part of the 50% intensity project, production-related infrastructural developments and equipment procurement will be implemented at ABR Recycling Kft.’s facility in Alsónémedi. Additionally, the project includes the modernization of the heating system using renewable energy, language training for two employees, and the establishment of an employee evaluation system through consultancy services. This evaluation system will indirectly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
The Project's Connection to the Company's Activities
The activity to be developed within the framework of the project is closely linked to ABR Recycling Kft.'s core activity, waste recycling. The project includes the procurement of a shredding line. This machine will enable the doubling of the mass of input cables processed for shredding with the same energy consumption, while reducing the specific material loss during processing to below 1%.

The investment, which began in 2016, involved the renovation of the Szántód – Kőrőshegy and Balatonszentgyörgy sections, as well as the associated Fonyód – Kaposvár line, with a total cost of nearly 73 billion HUF. On June 15, 2018, the renovated railway line was successfully handed over. During the renovation, we contributed to the project’s environmental sustainability by providing containers and handling the transportation of continuously generated cable waste, while also helping reduce project costs through the purchase of these cables.
In the development by the Futureal Group and partially constructed by Bayer Construct Zrt., the 22,000-square-meter shopping center includes 180 stores and 1,300 parking spaces. We successfully accepted and processed the cables that were already used from the land and remained from the construction. To facilitate the selective collection of cables, we placed containers on the construction site for their proper disposal.
The investment, which began in 2017 with a value of 190 billion HUF, was successfully awarded to a consortium led by Magyar Építő – ZÁÉV. As part of a major government project and thanks to the successful concept of the two companies, the stadium was handed over in 2019, featuring 67,155 seats. The demolition of the old Népstadion, awarded to ZÁÉV Zrt. – Föld Trans 2001 Kft., was completed in the winter of 2016-2017. We successfully processed the cable waste from the demolition and construction remnants, and the recycled metals were sold for use in metallurgy.
The shopping center was reconstructed by KÉSZ Építő Zrt. in February 2018, and it opened its doors on October 25, 2018. As part of the reconstruction, the largest shopping center in Kispest was renovated, covering 24,000 square meters. We contributed to the environmental sustainability of the project by recycling old cables. Working together with KÉSZ Építő Zrt., the waste collected in the containers placed on the construction site was recycled.
